Every order is handled with careful attention to detail — and if something doesn’t go as planned, our team will resolve it promptly and fairly, keeping your satisfaction as our top priority.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order details (size, color, and quantity) carefully before completing checkout.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover transaction and processing costs.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@duoyeyou.com and include your order number for faster assistance.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections such as size or color.
If you made an error, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one.
Need help selecting the right fit, style, or product? Our team is always ready to assist before you complete checkout.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Eligible for return if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product differs significantly from its description on our website

Not eligible for return if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered

  • It has minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., loose threads or wrinkles)

  • It’s missing original tags or packaging

  • The damage was not caused by Duoyeyou

How to Request a Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email support@duoyeyou.com and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Do not return any items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds include original shipping charges, if applicable.

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider or contact us for assistance.

Important Notes

  • Return window: 120 days from delivery

  • Return shipping cost: Customer’s responsibility (unless the issue was caused by Duoyeyou)

  • Duoyeyou is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
