Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer — but don’t worry, you’ll receive email updates at each step of your order’s progress.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous United States

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an extra fee)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or delivery destination.

Shipping Coverage

Duoyeyou proudly ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • The carrier’s name

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time

Risk of Loss & Title

All shipments are sent FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once the carrier accepts it. If the tracking status shows “Delivered,” the order is considered successfully completed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost, stolen, or delayed, please:

  1. Double-check that your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members who might have received the package.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us at support@duoyeyou.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and assist where possible. For stolen packages, we recommend filing a report with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we’ll always do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Policy

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you immediately. You can choose to:

  • Have the order resent (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • Request a refund (excluding original shipping charges)

Multiple Shipments

For faster delivery, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own unique tracking number.
